The Majority of householders believe that the installation of cavity and loft insulation is expensive - NOT ANYMORE!Liberty Surveying Services Ltd has access to a wide range of grants and has negotiated special discounts with the main utility companies offering both "free" and "discounted" prices for cavity wall and loft insulation.
The "Snug & Cosy Initiative" enables householders to qualify for at least 1 of 2 grants.
Snug & Cosy Initiative (FREE GRANT)
Anyone who is in receipt of one of the following benefits will be entitled to insulation free of charge:
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Benefit
- Attendance Allowance
- Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit
- Child Tax Credit *
- Disabled Persons Tax Credit
- Income Based Job Services Allowance
- War Disability Pension
- Disability Living Allowance
- Pension Credit
- Working Family Tax Credit*
- Over 70
*Income Capped at £15,200 p.a

Subsidised Grants
Householders irrespective of income status can save between upto 75% of the actual cost of loft and cavity insulation.
This is called the "Able To Pay Grant"
